How do I check availability? You can look on the reservations calendar and fill out the form to contact us or call the phone number provided.

What do I need to make a reservation? After you contact us to make sure the dates you want to reserve are available, please send these three things to us within 2 weeks of booking to complete your reservation: a signed copy of the rental agreement (found on the rates/reservations page), a copy of your driver’s license and a deposit of 50% of the total payment due.  The remaining balance will be due in full 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.

How is the reservation confirmed? After the payment in full is made 2 weeks prior to your reservation, we will mail a confirmation/receipt to you along with the code you will need to open the lockbox (to get the key to the cabin).  We will also send written directions to the cabin.  Upon check-out, you will need to return the key to the lockbox.  If it is lost or not returned, you may be charged a small fee.

What form of payment is accepted? Cashiers check, money order, or through our website with credit card or Paypal.

What are check-in & check-out times? Check-in time is: 3:00 pm, Check-out time is: 11:00 am.

Is smoking allowed in the cabins? No, there is no smoking allowed indoors. You may smoke outside and on the decks.

Do you allow pets in your cabin? No, pets are not allowed inside the cabin.

What is included in the cabin? The cabin is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. Also, all linens and towels as well as all paper and soap products are provided.

Do I need to do any cleaning? Once you depart, our housekeeping staff will clean the cabin. This is included in your rental fee. We just ask that you leave the kitchen clean, put the dishes in the dishwasher, collect all trash and put it in garbage bags in outside cans, and put all dirty bath and kitchen towels in bathtub. Please make sure to lock all windows and doors.

Are there any age limits to renting? Yes. NO RENTALS will be permitted to anyone under 21.  

Can we use the fireplace?  Yes. Firewood, but not fire starters or kindling, is provided during the winter months.
